Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist

• Acts as principal technical specialist or as a project manager or team leader for large work activities
• Defines, organizes, and assigns resources to accomplish organizational objectives
• Allocates resources to accomplish large work activities within established schedules
• Works closely with the National Technical Operations Quality Control Program Manager to implement and integrate the Quality Control program components within the Technical Operations organization
• Partners with their service area¿s Quality Control Group (QCG) to identify requirements and develop processes for full implementation and continued support of the Technical Operations QC program
• Coordinates significant technical matters with representatives of external organizations
