Air Mobility Command Jobs 2026 – FOOD SERVICE WORKER (MVO in Washington

Salary / Pay Package: $20 per hour.

This position is open to all U.S. Citizens and eligible applicants. You must have skill in maneuvering and driving vehicles, knowledge of defensive driving, and the ability to follow oral instructions. Experience in cash handling and dealing with the public is required.

• Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.

Operate a motor vehicle to transport and deliver food and beverages throughout Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

• Ensure products are delivered according to quality standards (hot/cold, timely).
• Accept patrons' orders over the telephone and describe menu items.
• Submit orders to cooks and assemble orders for transport.
• Perform and document vehicle operator maintenance (check fluid levels, tire pressure, clean vehicles).
• Assist in preparing simple food items for delivery/carryout/restaurant.
• Clean, cut, chop, and dice vegetables and other food items.
• Remove soiled dishes, trays, and utensils; clean tables and counters; sweep floors; empty and sanitize waste cans.
• Receive payment, give correct change, verify cash on hand, and complete cash reports.
