Job Description
The Department of the Navy is hiring an Electronics Mechanic Supervisor I to lead the Electronics Shop at Pearl Harbor Naval Base, Oahu, Hawaii.
In this role, you’ll manage the repair, removal, field adjusts, modifications, reinstallation, and checkout of systems and equipment assigned to Nuclear or Non-Nuclear Sections onboard submarines or surface crafts.
You’ll assign tasks, utilities, equipment, and materials to workers, interpret blueprints and instructions, and retain all perform operations under close observation. You’ll resolve function challenges, overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages, and other delays, requesting unique permission or assistance from higher levels when needed.

Salary & Compensation
Pay / Cover Package: $51 - $59 per hour.
Qualification

- Capacity to lead or manage (screen-out element; minimum 2 points needed).
- Expertise in electronics repair, modification, and checkout of systems on submarines or surface crafts.
- Expertise of instruments, equipment, and materials applied in electronics maintenance.
- Aptitude to interpret schemes, blueprints, and technical instructions.
- Competence in assigning duties, setting priorities, and managing workflow.
- Background resolving perform issues and coordinating with higher-level authorities.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and personal protective equipment in industrial settings.

Additional Information
