Job Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Real Estate Division is hiring a REALTY SPECIALIST to perform a range of realty tasks including acquisition by lease, fee simple property acquisition, compliance inspections, inventory activities, and property disposal.

Qualification

  • GS-11: Combination of education and experience totaling 100%.

Role Responsibilities

Acquire property or space through lease (including long-term and non-standard leases) and fee simple acquisition.
