Job Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Real Estate Division is hiring a REALTY SPECIALIST to perform a range of realty tasks including acquisition by lease, fee simple property acquisition, compliance inspections, inventory activities, and property disposal.
You will manage federally controlled property, lease space to non-federal entities, authorize use of federal land for commercial or recreational purposes, and develop plans to extract natural resources via out-grants.

Qualification

For GS-11, one year of specialized experience analyzing real estate policies, negotiating with property owners, and working with project delivery teams (GS-09 level) OR a Ph.D. Or three years of graduate education in a relevant field.

Role Responsibilities
Acquire property or space through lease (including long-term and non-standard leases) and fee simple acquisition.
- Conduct compliance inspections and inventory activities on federally controlled property.
