About DHA AD SP Public Health Activity
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is the federal government's human resources agency, serving as the chief personnel authority for the executive branch. OPM's mission is to lead and serve the Federal Government in enterprise human resources management by delivering policies and services to achieve a trusted, effective civilian workforce. The agency oversees hiring, pay and leave, benefits (including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement), and workforce policy for millions of federal employees and annuitants.
