Commander, Joint Region Marianas (JRM) is a U.S. Navy regional command established to unify installation support across Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. JRM oversees U.S. Naval Base Guam, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, and other tenant commands, providing quality-of-life initiatives, environmental coordination, and oversight of the Mariana Islands Range Complex. The command's mission emphasizes readiness, safety, and community support for service members and their families stationed in the Western Pacific. JRM operates under Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) and is headquartered at Nimitz Hill, Guam.

As of February 28, 2026, the Trusted Traveler Program at Naval Base Guam is suspended. A 100% ID check is in effect. Visitors without a DoD ID should go to the Visitor Control Center at 1657-B Apra Harbor, open Mon-Fri 7 a.m.-4 p.m. For weekend house guest passes, call 671-333-7326.
