Naval Hospital Jacksonville is a U.S. military medical treatment facility located aboard Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Florida. It operates under the Defense Health Agency and the Military Health System, providing comprehensive healthcare to active duty service members, retirees, and their families. The hospital includes a main hospital and five branch health clinics across Florida and Georgia, in Albany, Jacksonville, Key West, Kings Bay, and Mayport. Its Medical Home Port primary care teams in family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics serve as the central resource for preventive, routine, and urgent care. The facility has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation, Primary Care Medical Home Certification, and was the first hospital on Florida's First Coast to earn Baby Friendly certification from Baby Friendly USA. Its mission is to train, deploy, and deliver superior, patient-centered, quality healthcare to warfighters and their families.
As of July 2026, Naval Hospital Jacksonville continues to provide 24/7 emergency care and a full range of medical services.
