The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is the nation's logistics combat support agency, managing the end-to-end global defense supply chain for the five military services, 11 combatant commands, and other federal, state, local, and allied partners. DLA Human Resources (HR) supports this mission by finding, hiring, training, and sustaining a mission-ready workforce. The HR organization is dedicated to using top-notch policies, processes, programs, and tools to meet the needs of DLA employees, driving excellence and continuous improvement. Its vision is to be the leading HR organization in the federal government, excelling in customer care, problem solving, and innovation. DLA HR is headquartered at the McNamara Headquarters Complex on Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

DLA Human Resources is the department responsible for all civilian and military personnel functions within the Defense Logistics Agency.
