The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Operations seeks a Staff Support Analyst to serve as the Policy Control Manager for all policies and issuances assigned to DLA Human Resources. You will oversee coordination of issuances in the DLA Task Manager Tracker (TMT) system..
Provide facility support and space management services as Facility Coordinator.. And serve as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder ensuring compliance with regulations. This full-time, permanent position is located at 3990 East Broad, Whitehall, OH 43218-3990, with telework eligibility as determined by agency policy.

Salary & Compensation
Salary: $85,447 - $111,087 per year.
Qualification
To qualify at the GS-11 level, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, or a Ph.D./3 years of graduate education, or a combination. Specialized experience includes researching, analyzing, and administering personnel functions; identifying system deficiencies; and using management information systems.
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 level in federal service, military, or private sector.
- Experience researching, analyzing, and administering assigned personnel functions and programs.
- Experience identifying system deficiencies and process gaps and advising management on resolutions.
- Experience utilizing management information systems to provide oral and written guidance for program execution.
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related.
- Combination of graduate education and experience that totals 100% of the requirements.
- Education must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Foreign education must be evaluated by a credential evaluation service for equivalency to U.S. accredited programs.
- Volunteer work, including National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps), is creditable experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Policy Control Manager for all policies and issuances assigned to DLA Human Resources.
- Provide oversight for coordination of all issuances in the DLA Task Manager Tracker (TMT) system.
- As Facility Coordinator, provide facility support and space management services.
- Establish and maintain safe work practices and policies, and coordinate employee accountability.
- As Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder, ensure compliance with regulations regarding the GPC program.
- Research, analyze, and administer assigned personnel functions and programs.
- Identify system deficiencies and process gaps and advise management on resolutions.
- Use management information systems to provide oral and written guidance for program execution.
