Qualification

You must keep an Associate’s degree or higher in Surgical Technology from an accredited scheme and be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA. A minimum of three years of clinical background in the scrub role or as an instructor within the past five years is required.

Role Responsibilities

Additional Information

This is an adjunct faculty role contracted on a quarterly basis. Placement on the pay schedule is commensurate with education and expertise.nAdjuncts aren’t eligible for upsides upon early recruit but may turn into eligible after working 50% of a full-time load for two consecutive quarters.nEvening, weekend, and satellite campus assignments may be needed, covering travel to clinical sites.nA background review such as criminal record history will be conducted before take on.nCandidates must wrap up a Sexual Misconduct Disclosure Form as called for by Washington state law.nEmployees must reside in Washington State within a fair distance of the campus.nVisa sponsorship isn’t on offer; only candidates approved to perform in the United States will be considered.
