The Assistant Vice President of Property Management - Administration (AVP) assists the Senior Vice President in providing administrative oversight for KCHA's owned and managed federally subsidized housing programs.
The AVP supervises, develops, and guides Regional Managers, establishes consistent operating procedures, and maintains high customer service standards across all portfolios. This role collaborates closely with the AVP of Property Management - Maintenance to create standards for site-based maintenance crews.

Qualification

- Deep experience in property management administration, preferably with federally subsidized housing programs.
- Proven ability to supervise, develop, and guide Regional Managers.
- Experience establishing and applying consistent operating procedures across multiple portfolios.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance leadership on site-based crew management.
- Leadership experience in a large housing authority or similar organization.
- Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance.

Role Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Vice President of Property Management in administrative oversight of the Property Management Department.
- Supervise, develop, and guide Regional Managers across all portfolios.

- Maintain high customer service standards across all properties.
- Collaborate with the AVP of Property Management

- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Property Management Department.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
