Role Responsibilities

- Analyzes needs of the occasion and recommends appropriate services, menus, and beverage items.
- Arranges with club manager, food offering team, and patrons.
- Draws up contracts making commitments for requested functions.
- Serves as technical advisor on right protocol procedure.
