Qualification
This internal transfer opportunity is open only to permanent Washington State Department of Corrections employees who are covered by the WFSE collective bargaining agreement. Applicants must meet the criteria under WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise a caseload of offenders in the community to ensure compliance with court orders and conditions of supervision.
- Conduct home visits, employment verifications, and collateral contacts.
- Investigate violations and prepare reports for court or hearing officers.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, treatment providers, and community resources.
- Use evidence-based practices to reduce recidivism and promote offender accountability.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with department policies.
- Participate in unit meetings and training as required.
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations as needed.
Conditions & Requirements
- Must be a current permanent DOC employee covered by the WFSE CBA.
- Must meet the transfer eligibility criteria under WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and maintain security clearance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including home visits and field work.
- Must adhere to the department's code of conduct and ethical standards.
