The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is hiring a Director for Strategy & 4 Requirements to lead strategic planning and firm routine improvements within the Corporate Operations Directorate.
Set in Port Hueneme, California, this role oversees Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) engagements, guarantees productive resource allocation, and drives accountability through analytics.

Salary & Compensation
Salary: $146,632 - $190,627 per year.
Qualification
To qualify, your resume must display at least one year of specialized expertise equivalent to the GS-12 through GS-14 or NT-3 pay band in federal offering or equivalent confidential/public sector background.
This know-how must involve developing command company office programs, formulating financial procedures in a scientific R&D body, and collaborating with NAVFAC leadership.
- Securing command firm office programs, functions, and processes are developed, implemented, 4 coordinated to back strategic objectives and meet Warfare Center mission requirements.
- Formulating, carrying out, and executing business, financial, and administrative processes in a scientific research and development institution.
- Administering and advising on command offerings for infrastructure, security, property, and administrative functions.
- Performing intricate and finish studies to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and carry out strategic direction, objectives, and enterprise workflow improvements to form desired Command operational and strategic adjusts.
- Oversee Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) engagements with the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NR&DE) on STRL authorities execution.
- Supply recommendations on management procedures and an environment conducive to reliable use of personnel and financial references to support the NAVFAC mission.
- Manage and measure corporate operations performance related to allocated assets, with emphasis on infrastructure, facilities, and general equipment.
- Use analytics to drive accountability and give assessment back to resource sponsors, evaluating alters to future resourcing.
