Each person has one-of-a-kind back needs, and your responsibilities may include cooking, personal care, household tasks, community activities, medication administration, and supporting physical, behavioral, and emotional health.

Salary & Compensation
Salary: $21.48 - $30.11 per hour.
Qualification
To qualify for this Straight Aid Skilled role, you demand a high school diploma or GED. No prior expertise is needed, as paid training is offered.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to assist adults with developmental disabilities in day-to-day living activities.
- Willingness to perform various shifts, including swing shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.).
- Ability to wrap up paid training provided by the employer.
- Must be fit to pass a background review (condition of employment).
- Sound driver's license may be called for for some positions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist adults with developmental disabilities in their homes to live complete, support lives.
- Offer assist with cooking, personal care, and household assignments.
- Accompany people to community activities and appointments.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document accordingly.
- Back people to uphold solid physical, behavioral, and emotional health.
- Abide by person aid schemes and report alters in condition.
- Keep up a protected and wipe down living environment.
- Communicate effectively with people, families, and crew participants.
Conditions & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years aged.
- Capacity to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (may be needed).
- Physical ability to perform personal care duties and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to function weekends and holidays as needed.
