- Skill in documenting business system requirements and developing specifications.
- Experience acting as a liaison between developers and customers.
- Familiarity with business intelligence components and business processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct and administer the business analysis program for IT and related business intelligence components.
- Lead requirement analysis of enterprise-level data projects supporting the agency and partner agencies.
- Lead requirement analysis of enterprise-level application development projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to obtain full understanding of scope, business needs, processes, and expectations.
- Represent, champion, and document business system requirements.
- Develop specifications to impact services.
- Work as a bridge between developers and customers.
- Plan and facilitate meetings to meet project objectives.
