Job Description
The Central Intelligence Agency is hiring a Finance Resource Officer to provide financial services across the Agency and Intelligence Community.
This role involves financial calculations based on regulations and operational activities, financial analysis of programs and budgets, and use of accounting methodologies under GSA and GAAP. You will handle bill payments, contract payments, and monitor cash flow.
The position is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with the first 4-6 years in developmental roles such as Accounts and Liaison, Central Travel Services, Budget and Execution, Compensation Group, Contract Audit, or Payment.
Qualification
Minimum qualifications include U.S. Citizenship, a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance (or equivalent work experience), at least a 3.0 GPA, and two accounting courses with a B or better. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and have a documented good credit history.
