Role Responsibilities

Perform moderately difficult technical work in one or more functional areas of human resources management.nWork in Classification and Pay, including job analysis and salary determination.nConduct Recruitment, Examination, and Placement activities, such as developing exams and processing applications.nDeliver Training and Employee Management Training programs.nProvide Human Resources Administration Services, including policy interpretation and employee records management.nHandle Labor Relations matters, such as contract administration and grievance resolution.nPerform other related duties as assigned.
