Stanly County is seeking a Human Services Program Specialist to join its child welfare team in Albemarle, North Carolina.
In this role, you will evaluate and analyze all child welfare service programs, compile and document evaluation results, and provide technical assistance for casework improvement based on findings.
You will also develop, arrange, conduct, and facilitate training suited to the identified needs of child welfare staff.

Role Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze all child welfare service programs, compiling and documenting evaluation results.
- Provide technical assistance for casework improvement based on findings from case evaluations.
- Develop, arrange, conduct, and facilitate training appropriate for identified needs of child welfare staff.
- Responsible for all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts.
- Create data reports to evaluate quality of work performed and compliance with policy, laws, and standards.
- Conduct field visit training with child welfare workers.
- Develop policies for child welfare practice areas.
- Perform data analysis, research, and needs assessments.
- Deliver PATH training.
- Collaborate with community partners and perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
