Role Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze all child welfare service programs, compiling and documenting evaluation results.

  • Provide technical assistance for casework improvement based on findings from case evaluations.
  • Develop, arrange, conduct, and facilitate training appropriate for identified needs of child welfare staff.
  • Responsible for all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts.
  • Create data reports to evaluate quality of work performed and compliance with policy, laws, and standards.
  • Conduct field visit training with child welfare workers.
  • Develop policies for child welfare practice areas.
  • Perform data analysis, research, and needs assessments.
  • Deliver PATH training.
  • Collaborate with community partners and perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
