Facilitate group or unit processes by collaborating with crew participants to organize duties, priorities, aims, and achievements with management.

• Oversee all aspects of operation in the field of specialty, covering preparation and maintenance of records and reports, analysis of testing methodologies, training, instrumentation, and compliance.
• Act as a liaison to other departments of the medical center for the appropriate laboratory specialty.
• Put in at least 25% of time performing lead tasks over staff one grade level below.
• Communicate the body's strategic strategy, mission, vision, and values.
• Pinpoint, distribute, and balance perform; coach and facilitate problem-solving methods.
• Prepare reports and keep up records of operate status; resolve easy, informal complaints.
• Report performance, progress, training requires, and behavioral obstacles of the staff.
