Qualification

Role Responsibilities

Support the Agenda Management Unit in preparing and distributing meeting agendas and packets.

  • Assist the Elections and Compliance Unit with election-related tasks and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate legislative records and databases.
  • Respond to public records requests and provide information to citizens and officials.
  • Coordinate with city departments and elected officials on legislative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding public meetings and records.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
