You will serve as a Management Analyst on the Chief of Staff/Flag Secretary (N00FS) Executive Team at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC)/Navy Space Command/U.S.

TENTH Fleet (C10F) Headquarters, located on the National Security Agency (NSA) complex at Fort Meade, MD. This GG-12 full-time position is open to U.S. Citizens and nationals, and the closing date is August 11, 2026.

Qualification

To qualify for this GG-12 Management Analyst position, you must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies needed for immediate success. This experience may come from any public or private sector role, but it must clearly show your ability to perform the duties described. Qualifying experience includes developing risk management assessments, analyzing business processes, using presentation tools, and crafting recommendations for new methods or procedures.

  • Experience developing risk management assessments that inform resolution of complex management problems.
  • Experience analyzing results for individual situations and recommending changes to business processes.
  • Experience using presentation tools to format and present results, findings, and conclusions.
  • Experience crafting recommendations for the development of new methods, approaches, or procedures to better manage operations and administrative functions.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct diverse and complex assessments to support the Executive Team in identifying and initiating actions to assure effective management operations for objectives.

  • Apply insights into the Commander’s priorities in context of the command’s unique mission sets and full spectrum operations to properly adjudicate appropriate courses of action and fully document their disposition.
  • Conduct research, generate data analyses and summaries, and prepare/package information to assure Executive Team members have all the information required to make informed decisions.
  • Plan and perform organizational and functional analyses to support the Executive Team in developing, validating, and providing action item responses.
  • Facilitate meeting preparation, including generating briefing materials.
  • Draw on historical and programmatic records to perform trend analyses and program analyses, and to maintain briefing books and other materials employed to support Executive Team functions.
  • Conduct information gathering, integration, analysis, and presentations to provide Executive Team members with quantitative results to support program planning and decision making.

Is this Management Analyst position eligible for telework?

Yes, this position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management. However, it is not a remote job, and you will be expected to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD, as required.
