Job Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Genuine Estate Division is hiring a REALTY SPECIALIST to perform a span of realty tasks covering acquisition by lease, fee easy property acquisition, compliance inspections, inventory activities, and property disposal.

You’ll run federally controlled property, lease space to non-federal entities, authorize use of federal land for commercial or recreational purposes, and build plans to extract genuine assets via out-grants. Qualification

  • GS-11: Combination of education and background totaling 100%.
