The USAG Ansbach MWR Katterbach Bowling Center in Ansbach-Katterbach, Germany, is hiring a Recreation Assistant NF-02. In this role, you will circulate among patrons to ensure satisfactory service, resolve customer complaints, and provide information on equipment and facility use.
You will assist patrons by checking out equipment, offering safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, and teaching classes. You will also plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
This position may provide work guidance to other staff.

Role Responsibilities
Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints.

- Provide safety instruction and demonstrate new equipment.
- Teach classes related to recreational activities.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Special MWR Events.
- Telework is not eligible.
- This is not a remote position.
- Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized.
- Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), incentives, and differentials will not be paid.

Additional Information
This position is Flex-20, guaranteeing 20 hours per week with intermittent schedule.
