Role Responsibilities

Perform advanced accounting tasks to support the General Accounting group.

  • Record, review, reconcile, and analyze financial data including interfund transfers and billings.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, and bank notes.
  • Maintain and control assigned accounting systems.
  • Support and simplify effective accounting practices and policies.
  • Provide cross-training opportunities within the Finance Department.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses for capital improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
