Salary & Compensation
Salary: $50,795 - $70,894 per year.
Qualification

- Experience providing support or surveillance for minors/dependents and elders under protective, custodial, or probationary services.
- Ability to assess problem situations and formulate plans for services.
- Skill in providing transportation, referral, translation, and program-related services.
- Knowledge of community resources and social service programs.
- Ability to work with culturally, economically, physically, or mentally impaired or disadvantaged individuals.
- Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record (if required for transportation duties).
- Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on assignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist professional staff in providing transportation to clients for appointments and services.
- Make referrals to community resources and coordinate services.
- Provide translation services for non-English speaking clients.
- Conduct outreach and provide program-related services to disadvantaged individuals.
- Provide support or surveillance for minors/dependents and elders under protective, custodial, or probationary services.
- Assess client situations and formulate plans for services.
- Maintain case records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and training.

- Must be able to travel throughout Ventura County.
- May require a valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- May be required to work evenings or weekends.
