Job Description
The City of Brentwood Parks and Recreation Department is hiring a Senior Recreation Leader - Special Events to serve as the city's on-site representative at externally hosted special events.
This is a non-benefited, part-time position that does not manage or operate events but ensures city policies, permit conditions, and special event rules are followed.
Duties include serving as the day-of point of contact, verifying event setup and operations align with approved plans, addressing issues in real time, and performing basic site support tasks such as emptying city trash receptacles.
Qualification
To qualify for Senior Recreation Leader
- Special Events.. You need a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service experience or two years of experience as a Recreation Leader II with the City of Brentwood. A valid American Red Cross Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR and AED certification is required at hire and must be maintained.
Role Responsibilities
