The Department of the Navy is hiring a Shipfitter Leader (WL-10) to work at Aspect Loma Intricate in San Diego, California.
This full-time federal role involves leading shipfitter shop personnel, providing guidance and direction for nuclear or non-nuclear structural perform, and using audits and incident reports to analyze trade conditions. Salary & Compensation
Estimated market pay: $95,000 - $175,000 per year.
Qualification
To qualify for the Shipfitter Leader (WL-10) role, you must display the aptitude to lead or supervise, which is the screen-out element. Your expertise and training will be evaluated on grade, not just length of time.
