Douglas County (NE) seeks a Supervisor, Clinic Operations to coordinate, direct, and operate the Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) Clinic under the direction of a Division Chief or designee.
This role oversees clinic operations including service delivery quality, efficiency, legal compliance, and program activities to ensure quality client care and adherence to the DCHD mission, practices, and procedures.
The supervisor defines and implements patient care standards, evaluates and modifies standards and methods, and establishes effective work relationships with clients, supervisors, County employees, elected officials, attorneys, law enforcement, judges, other agencies, and the public.

Role Responsibilities

- Comply with Civil Service Rules, collective bargaining agreements, County policies, department policies, and laws to create a cooperative, safe, respectful, and quality work environment.
- Adhere to and ensure staff compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct chart audits to maintain documentation standards.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Oversee insurance billing in the clinic.
- Maintain clinic licensure and monitor the status of licensed staff.

Full-time position based at 1819 Farnam Street, Suite 505, Omaha, NE 68183.
