You’ll serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Acquisition Aid Branch, Business Operations Division, Business Directorate at Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division. This role is situated at 4363 Missile Way, Port Hueneme, CA.
As a Technical Contracting Analyst, you’ll manage Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), frank group work, coach and mentor workforce, resolve complaints, and assist management in formulating contract game plan. You’ll also lead teams for contract-related tasks and organize scheme management reviews.
This role is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework. The NT-05 pay band covers GS-13 and GS-14 equivalents. The salary span is $124,085 - $190,627 per year. This is a full-time, permanent position. The closing date is 08/05/2026.

Qualification
Your resume must display at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) settle band in the Federal service or equivalent background in the confidential or public sector.
Specialized experience must cover putting in Federal acquisition regulations to pinpoint fiduciary oversight obstacles and propose remedies.. Monitoring financial expenditures on procurements and contractor performance via authorized data.. And supporting award fee and incentive fee boards for a warfare plan.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist as a Technical Contracting Analyst for multiple programs and perform as a Department Contracts Coordinator (DCC) overseeing Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR).
- Frank and assure operate assigned to the staff is successfully accomplished.
- Perform coaching, facilitating, mentoring tasks, and advise technical training for assigned CORs.
- Resolve easy, informal complaints of employees and perform with Chain of Command to resolve persistent issues.
- Assist Department management in formulating contract approach; gather info and present to leadership such as procurement expenses, schedules, caliber and mission attainment.
- Build and lead standing and ad hoc teams to bear out recurring and emergent contract-related tasks.
- Organize, get ready, schedule and organize scheme management contract planning and execution reviews and related events.
