Role Responsibilities

Duties at the full performance include but are not limited to: Coordinates and supports mechanisms for successful data entry

  • Ensures accurate, timely and consistent data is entered into the Medical Center database
  • Establishes and coordinates in-depth training with the HAS Trainer to ensure that HAS and other identified Medical Center staff are educated and accountable for data management
  • Coordinates the collection of data concerning patient care activities
  • makes computations as required and reports monthly, quarterly or annually to management
  • Schedules appointments and utilizes the Electronic Waiting List or Recall List accurately and in a timely manner
  • Notifies the supervisor when clinic access is less than desirable or if an individual patient cannot be scheduled within mandated clinic timeframes
