Assist as the first-level supervisor within NSWC Port Hueneme Division's Availability Planning Division.

• Assume a pivotal role in management, planning, and technical direction of involved Department of the Navy projects supporting multiple Surface Ship programs.
• Keep up continuous official and informal dialogue with mid- and senior-level leaders, covering Flag and Captain levels.
• Convey technical, programmatic, financial, and administrative efforts to make sure NSWC PHD leadership is apprised of venture statuses, mission dangers, and tool conditions.
• Lead Command initiatives related to strategic studies and long-range planning.
