The Surface Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor (Title 32) role with the Tennessee Army National Guard, under G4 / FMS 3, is based at 3041 Sidco Dr, Nashville, TN 3.

As a WS-5801-3 supervisor, you’ll blueprint and straight the perform of subordinate mechanics, assign tasks located on readiness, and make sure compliance with standing working procedures. Qualification

To qualify, you must keep a military grade of E-7 through CW4 and be a participant of the Tennessee Army National Guard (or eligible for prompt membership). General know-how covers expertise of equipment and utilities for routine maintenance. Specialized expertise needs 36 months of supervisory-level work.

• Military Grades: E-7 through CW4.
• General Experience: Background or training demonstrating understanding of equipment to perform routine jobs, simple preventative maintenance tasks, and employ common resources and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities
