Salary: $64,569 - $84,059 per year.

Qualification

Role Responsibilities

Assist the surgeon and other staff participants during surgical procedures.

  • Assist crew participants with patient care, such as positioning, prepping, and obtaining supplies.
  • Arrange procedures and surgical devices during operations.
  • Function as primary scrub individual, handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during all surgical procedures such as endovascular, unseal heart, thoracic, primary vascular, neurosurgery, microsurgery, transplantation, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, general surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and orthopedic surgery.
  • Place up sterile field with all needed items for each procedure, covering air powered equipment, fiber optic equipment, laparoscopic equipment, microscopes, lasers, arthroscopy equipment, urologic equipment, recording devices, and other operating room supplies.
  • Blueprint and talk over each procedure with the surgical team to guarantee all supplies and equipment are open before surgery.
  • Provide guidance and assist to skilled workforce during surgical procedures.
  • Observe and respond to the wants of the surgical group, keeping up a sterile environment throughout the procedure.
