Qualification
To be considered for the Tutor Poulsbo position.. You must meet the following minimum qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent (or present Running Start student).. Completion of the course(s) to be tutored with a grade of 3.5 or higher.. And elementary computer competency. Existing Olympic College students demand a reference from an instructor or professor.

- Core computer competency.

- Aptitude to perform various hours and in high-attendance, high-volume study centers.

Role Responsibilities
Offer academic aid for students in one or more subject areas.
- Assist students in analyzing assignments and assigned readings.
- Assist students interpret discipline-specific issues and situations.
- Clarify critical thinking and communication skills.
- Back students operating in an online format.
- Abide by campus regulations and nearby, state, and federal laws.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

This is an hourly post scheduled up to 18 hours per week.
- Hourly employees must operate 480 hours in a rolling six-month period to turn into eligible for health upsides.
