Salary & Compensation

Qualification
You must be registered dietitians with know-how in clinical nutrition, preferably in long-term care. This role demands a sound Washington State Dietitian certification or eligibility to obtain one.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform finish nutrition assessments for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized medical nutrition therapy schemes.
- Give nutrition counseling and education to residents and families.
- Supervise and train dietetic technicians and assist workforce.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care staff participants.
- Monitor and evaluate nutritional status and adjust care blueprints as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Participate in standard improvement initiatives related to nutrition services.
