Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out activities for youth at the Youth Center.
- Supply pro-social skills training to youth.
- Hand over family aid offerings as directed.
- Function with the Clinical Director on everyday operations.
- Adhere to workplace procedures and health and safety protocols.
- Wrap up all called for training.
- Work the front desk and monitor youth check-in procedures.
- Routine and input confidential information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Engage with youth and families to construct trust and rapport.
- Grow skills in youth engagement and behavioral support.
