The County of Tulare Health and Human Services Agency is hiring a Children's Services Supervisor-Bilingual to plan, assign, train, supervise, and evaluate Children Services Workers and support staff.

Qualification

Applicants must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English. A Spanish proficiency exam will be required.

Role Responsibilities

Plan, assign, train, supervise, and evaluate Children Services Workers and direct report support staff.

  • Participate in development and preparation of California Children’s Services (CCS) budget, goals, and objectives.
  • Coordinate the needs of the unit's information system.
  • Assist management in completing claims-related special projects.
  • Prepare reports on CCS case activities and statistics for review and evaluation by management.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on case management.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders as needed.
