Salary & Compensation

Qualification
To qualify for the Clinic Physician (Board Certified) post, you must grip a valid license to practice medicine in California and be board certified in a recognized medical specialty. The following qualifications are called for.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency plan in a applicable specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics).
- Present board certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) participant board.
- Legitimate and unrestricted California medical license.
- Existing Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Elementary Life Back (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
- Know-how in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred.
- Capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Supply frank patient care in a county clinic setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Prescribe medications and therapies under usual protocols and regulations.
