The County of Santa Clara is hiring a Clinical Nurse III - Wound Care to provide direct patient care in wound management settings across San Jose, CA.

Qualification

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of two years of full-time clinical nursing experience within the last five years.
- Experience in wound care or related specialty.
- Ability to assume charge nurse responsibility.
- Knowledge of nursing theories, principles, and practices.
- Ability to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust interventions.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Wound care certification (e.g., WOCN) preferred.
Role Responsibilities
