Role Responsibilities
Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff, including planning and reviewing work.

- Complete employee performance appraisals and participate in interviews and hiring recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Train staff in operations, policies, and procedures.
- Organize, prioritize, and assign work to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate maintenance and construction projects to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and city policies.
Conditions & Requirements
Full-time position based in Wilmington, NC.
