- Associate's degree in Company Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and expertise.
- Two years of background in contract administration, compliance monitoring, or auditing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Legitimate Florida driver's license and aptitude to travel to park sites.
