Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in database management and analysis, program evaluation, process optimization, public finance, project management, or economic analysis.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a management or administrative capacity.
- Texas Class 'C' Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
- MOS Code: 16K1S (Air Force) may be considered.
Role Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and lead in identifying and integrating datasets to find opportunities for services and process optimization.
- Use models to test the effectiveness of recommended interventions.
- Examine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of city services.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging internal and external data.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
