Qualification

  • Supervise Flow Monitoring Operators in field operations and FOG inspections.
  • Manage sanitary sewer system operations during wet weather high flows to prevent backups and spills.
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for two staff positions.
  • Develop work plans, prioritize tasks, and support professional development of team members.
  • Promote collaboration across monitoring programs by aligning practices and ensuring consistent, efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with other Public Works sections to integrate monitoring data into broader infrastructure planning.
