The North Slope Borough is hiring an Executive Assistant to manage and coordinate administrative functions for an assigned department or division.

- Experience processing payroll, payments, and personnel action documents.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor document preparation for accuracy and completeness.
- Knowledge of Borough policies and procedures, or ability to learn them quickly.
Role Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate administrative functions for an assigned department or division.

- Maintain file integrity and confidentiality by monitoring compliance with Department policies.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including staff development and performance evaluation.
- Monitor operations to identify and resolve problems related to staffing and scheduling.
- Review and process payroll, payments, and personnel action documents.
- Oversee day-to-day office activities and monitor document preparation for accuracy and completion.

- Must be able to work full-time hours in Barrow, AK.
- Some positions may require travel within the Borough.
