INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION)

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. This experience must include implementing security measures, installing and managing systems, and providing technical support.

Install, configure, and manage servers, computers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components within the FRCSE environment.

• Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry proven methods.

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users of computer systems, software applications, and network services.
