Salary & Compensation

Qualification

- Experience determining eligibility for public assistance programs such as CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, or alike.
- Aptitude to independently run a caseload combining upside and employment offerings.
- Expertise of regulations and procedures for multiple public assistance programs.
- Expertise in providing core employment solutions to clients.
- Prior related expertise needed if filling from outside the classification.
- Capacity to operate under general supervision with minimal guidance.
- Experience with integrated case management systems.
- Powerful organizational and documentation skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Determine eligibility of candidates and recipients for multiple public assistance advantages.
- Register related regulations and procedures to assess benefit eligibility.
- Supply basic employment offerings to clients, such as assistance.
- Perform casework management responsibilities for both gain and employment solutions.
- Maintain exact case records and documentation.
- Run client meetings to collect data and verify eligibility.
- Arrange with other agencies and solution providers as needed.
- Participate in training and expert development activities.
