Job Description

The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is hiring an Intelligence Specialist (Operations) to assist as a Senior Certified SIGINT and CYBER Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) within the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade.. 782d Military Intelligence Battalion.. Cyber at Fort Gordon.. Georgia.

This role is critical to cyberspace operations and requires cutting analytic and reporting expertise. As a TAR, you’ll manage and advise on elementary analytic techniques to aid Cyberspace Operations reporting efforts.

You’ll collaborate with the Intelligence Community on precise SIGINT cases to exploit capabilities that influence or assist the institution. Also, you’ll draft, evaluate, edit, assess, and release intelligence reports supporting cyberspace operations, and train other analysts and reporters in proven ways for producing intelligence reports.

This role is best-suited for experienced intelligence professionals with a background in signals intelligence and cyber operations who are set to obtain on a senior-level role in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

This role is full-time, permanent, and located at Fort Gordon, GA, with situational telework doable on a case-by-case basis.

Salary & Compensation

Salary: $106,437 - $138,370 per year.

Qualification

• Specialized Expertise: At least one year of know-how equivalent to GG-12 performing analytic functions that cover targeting, grade control, and development of query strategies to conduct Cyber Warfare Analysis in support of Full-spectrum Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cater to as a Experienced Certified SIGINT and CYBER Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) within the US Army 780 MI Brigade, 782 MI Battalion.
• Supervise and advise in fundamental analytic techniques called for to support the reporting efforts of Cyberspace Operations.
• Collaborate on particular Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) distinct cases with the Intelligence Community to exploit their capability to influence or aid the body.
• Advise and train Analysts and Reporters in proven ways for producing Intelligence reports.
• Draft, evaluate, edit, examine, and release intelligence reports that assist cyberspace operations.
• Perform caliber control on intelligence offerings to guarantee accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Develop and refine query strategies for cyber warfare analysis.
• Back full-spectrum operations through targeted intelligence analysis and reporting.

Conditions & Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug employ before appointment and periodically thereafter (per AR 600-85).
• Two-year trial/probationary period may be required.
• Must be fit to obtain and uphold a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Info (TS/SCI) security clearance based on a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for SCI.
• Must be capable to obtain and keep up access to National Security Agency (NSA) facilities and networks.
• Temporary duty (TDY) travel may be required 25% or less.
