Leadership and Business Management (LBM) Adjunct Faculty is listed by Olympic College. Olympic College is recruiting an adjunct faculty member to teach Leadership and Business Management (LBM) courses at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) in Washington.

The role reports to the Dean of Business & Technology and is part of a continuous applicant pool reviewed on a quarterly basis. Applicants remain active for 12 months and may be contacted when vacancies occur.
Teaching responsibilities include preparing and delivering college-level courses, providing syllabi, maintaining accurate student records, and communicating promptly with students and staff. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with the Association for Higher Education (AHE).
Qualification
Candidates must hold a master's degree from an accredited institution in organizational leadership and management or a related field, and have at least three years of successful leadership experience in a medium or large organization.

- Ability to work as a team player and contribute to the college's diversity goals.
- Proficiency in incorporating computer information technology in teaching.

Role Responsibilities
Teach daily in-person college-level courses in Leadership and Business Management at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
- Prepare and deliver course content in accordance with the college catalog, course outlines, syllabi, and departmental guidelines.
- Provide quality instruction including related preparation and grading.
- Distribute course syllabi to students and submit copies to the division office as requested.
- Maintain accurate student records and complete required forms.
- Communicate punctually with students, faculty, and staff.
- May include evening instruction and travel to other Olympic College campuses or clinical sites.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Information
