You’ll lead and arrange all logistics, sustainment, readiness, and supportability activities across assigned programs, ensuring crew participants wrap up tasking and scheme conditions consistent with Fleet readiness priorities.

Salary & Compensation
Salary: $143,913 - $197,200 per year.
Qualification
Your resume must reveal at least one year of specialized expertise at or equivalent to the 1-05 cover band in the Federal solution or equivalent background in the personal or public sector.
Specialized know-how must include tasks related to experienced leadership communication, testing criteria, rapid acquisition procedures, personnel and budget management, contracts 1, logistics documentation, and Engineering Alter Proposals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Blueprint, manage, execute, and supervise integrated solution back, sustainment, maintenance, and logistics operations.
- Ensure team participants finalize assigned tasking, action items, and plan needs in a timely, precise, and expert manner consistent with scheme objectives and Fleet readiness priorities.
- Lead and organize all logistics, sustainment, readiness, and supportability activities across assigned programs.
- Offer oversight and guidance for logistics operations supporting Fleet and test activities, covering coordination of asset movement, transportation planning, depot repair actions, and maintenance scheduling.
- Serve as the AARGM-ER APML within PMA-242 Frank and Time Sensitive Strike Program.
- Grow and execute Engineering Adjust Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives.
- Oversee budgets, financial controls, and personnel assets.
- Communicate with Experienced Leadership on plan status and problems.
