Salary & Compensation

Salary: $143,913 - $197,200 per year.

Qualification

Duties & Responsibilities

• Blueprint, manage, execute, and supervise integrated solution back, sustainment, maintenance, and logistics operations.
• Ensure team participants finalize assigned tasking, action items, and plan needs in a timely, precise, and expert manner consistent with scheme objectives and Fleet readiness priorities.
• Lead and organize all logistics, sustainment, readiness, and supportability activities across assigned programs.
• Offer oversight and guidance for logistics operations supporting Fleet and test activities, covering coordination of asset movement, transportation planning, depot repair actions, and maintenance scheduling.
• Serve as the AARGM-ER APML within PMA-242 Frank and Time Sensitive Strike Program.
• Grow and execute Engineering Adjust Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives.
• Oversee budgets, financial controls, and personnel assets.
• Communicate with Experienced Leadership on plan status and problems.
